A House or Bungalow Should always be in square or rectangular shape . Houses or Bungalows with cuts, curves or Irregular Shapes are Bad as per vastu Shastra . If the North East Direction / Section of the House is cut this is the worst Position as the male earning member of the house will Suffer badly in terms of health and Financial Losses are also forseen.

• The Bedrooms are best recommended  in South West Section of the home or in the Sout or Western Side.

• As per Vastu its Best Advised to use a wooden bed of 4 Legs , Rot Iron  Beds are not considered good as per Vastu Shastra .
• Also Note one should Never put the poster of crying girl, war scene, crow, owl or eagle in the House these are considered very bad and  inauspicious as per the rules of Vastu Shastra.
• Always Keep cash and jewelry in the safe or locker which opens in the North Direction .
• Shoes and slippers should not be scattered all over the house, as this leads to feud and negativity in the house .

• While sleeping you should always  have your head towards the East Direction or South Direction.

• The Mandir or the Pooja room should be in North East. All photos or idols should be facing East Direction or West Direction only.
• In the Pooja Room Take care that the Idols brought from ancient temples in the desecrated form or otherwise should not be kept in the worship room.

• The Mandir of the House or office or the puja room should be in the north-east Direction / Section or the North East of the Property or the North East Room of the office.
• As per the Rules of Vastu shastra the puja room should never be in the bedroom also The pooja room or the Mandir should never be in the basement .
• As per Vastu Shastra One should never use pooja room for any other purpose like storage etc .
• Also Note that Ensure that the toilet is not adjoining the pooja room, and not even above or below the prayer room.
• Never place any photographs of dead people / your ancestors  in the pooja room , this is Very Bad vastu .
• The Pictures of God should face the West Direction and the person offering prayers should face the East Direction , this is  considered Excellent Vastu Shastra.
• Avoid keeping the heavy idols or Gods  in the mandir / Temple of the house As per Vastu it is best recommended to have  pictures of Gods instead.
• Idols brought from ancient temples in the desecrated form should not be kept in the Mandir or Pooja Room.
• The idols should not be kept in the wall by cutting the wall or touching the wall. They should be kept at least an inch away from the wall.

• Vaastu Shastra gives much importance to the main entrance door. The Entrance door should be in North, East or North East of the house.
• The entrance door size should always be larger than the other doors of the house.
• Your front door must not directly face your back door as Energy that comes in to your front door goes directly out of your back door and the Energy does not circulate the house properly.
• As per Vaastu There must not be tree / well blocking your front door as this will block the flow of Energy to your house.

• Doors should open inside the room and not outside. Door opening Inside Suggests Energy entering the house and Doors opening outside suggests Energy Leaving the House .

• Vaastu advises that width of the door should be half of the height of the door.
• The main entrance door to the house should be made from good quality material and it should be bigger than other doors of the house. It should have a good design and should be painted. It should look impressive compared to other doors.
• As per the Rules of Vaastu There should be no noise while opening the doors and windows especially the entrance door this blocks the career of the inhabitants.
• Windows in the house provide us with fresh and light to enjoy our life with. All the windows should be on the exterior walls of the house and not opening within the rooms.
• All the windows bigger in size should be in the north-east and smaller window should be in the south-west.
• The number of windows in the house should be in even numbers (when counted in total).
• The slopes of all sunshades constructed above doors and windows should be towards the north-east, so that the rain water must flow from south-west to north-east.
• There should be more windows in the EAST and NORTH Direction of the House.

The bedroom is a place where one can be totally oneself. It is the room where we spend most of the time to sleep and relax.

• The beds should be placed more towards the southwest corner of the room but never in the North East corner.
• As per Vastu One should sleep with head towards the south for sound sleep and better health. Head in the East is Also Good.
• The lighting should be a soothing general illumination.Lights should be planned in such a way that it must create a light romantic , relaxing environment. Table lamps or hanging lamp shades provides the room a very aesthetic look.
• The master bedroom should be positioned in the south-west corner of the house.

• In the Bedroom the bed should never be Placed under a Beam One should never sleep under a Beam . this will affect the health of the Person.

• Never Keep Gods Statues in the Bedroom Vastu suggest paintings of nature scenes, prayer, and temples .Avoid keeping heavy statues in the northeast corner of the room
• Never keep a Fish tank in the Bedroom.
• As per the Rules of Vastu one should Never Sleep with your head in the North Section Dead body’s head are kept towards the north . Mental sickness increases and there is a likelihood of reduction in the life span.

• As per Vastu Shastra the location of the kitchen is best only in the South east portion of the House The presiding deity of S.E. is Agni, the God of fire. Therefore, as per VASTU kitchen should be on the South East .

• Never Have a kitchen in the North east this will seriously effect the prosperity and curtail peace and mutual love in the family.
• The pipelines of the bathroom and the kitchen should have an outlet in the east or the north direction. Wastewater in the kitchen should always flow towards east direction or the  north Direction.
• Kitchen is at the South-West direction affects the head of the family.
• Do not construct toilets and puja-room next to the kitchen. This is very Inauspicious .
• One should always face the East or North Direction while cooking.
• Dustbin or the daily wastes from the kitchen should be kept covered in the North West Direction / corner of the kitchen.
• As per Vastu SHASTRA  always keep the broom and mops hidden in the kitchen .
• As per the Vastu Rules , the Gas should always be kept in the south east corner of the kitchen .
  Wash Basin is Best Recomended to be in the North East Corner or the North Corner .

Vastu Free Tips / Rules for the Flooring and Slopes.

• 

  West Direction Side elevated or High or Sloping towards the east: promotes material growth and prosperity. South Direction elevated or High and a slope towards the north brings in wealth to the persons living in the House.East Direction elevated or A slope towards west Direction = loss of wealth.North Direction elevated or A sloping towards south: loss of Loss of Wealth , Sudden and Unexpected Expenses in life.

• Northeast Direction elevated - sloping towards southwest is bad. No Prosperiety - Disputes and Discord among the family members.
• Southeast Direction elevated - sloping towards northwest is good. Northwest Direction elevated - sloping towards southeast is bad = Bad for all the females of the House . Southwest Direction elevated - sloping towards northeast is good = Immense Prosperity South east Direction
  and east elevated - west and northwest are low-lying is good .
• South Direction and Southeast Direction elevated - north & northwest low  brings name and fame in all activities.
• Southwest Direction and South Direction elevated North Direction  and Northeast Direction low-lying, the family members will grow and be very Prosperous   and be long lived.
• West Direction and southwest Direction  elevated - northeast and east low-lying brings welfare and comfort to the persons living in the house .
• West Direction and northwest Direction high - east Direction and southeast Direction  low, is said to create disturbance and enmity in the house among the family members. .
